Life Teen participation in the American Cancer Society's

"Relay for Life" † July 10-11, 2004

The St. Bartholomew's Life Teen Group has been collecting donations through the year for this worthy cause.  They held a pancake breakfast on Mother's Day and also sponsored a car wash.  This, along with a generous gift of $10,200.00 from a golf outing that the McCaffrey family held in honor of their Dad, Gerry who passed away from cancer last year, a total of $12,807.50 was raised.  St. Bart's Life Teen group was this year's highest money donating team and the first "Relay for Life" Platinum Level donor.  Thank you to all who donated and worked so hard for this award.  Yes, this is our youth of today, hard working, selfless and giving of their time and talents!!
